Nearest precedents across the fleet

Similarity is the correlation between the two shapes after removing level and scale, so a pump's vibration can match a gearbox's oil temperature. Precedents are searched at half, two thirds, the same, one and a half and twice the picked length. Outcomes are the made-up maintenance records attached to the synthetic data.
